Mental Health Resources
Hello Students and Families,
We understand that this is a trying time for us all and dealing with the constant changes and unknowns can produce fears, anxiety and sadness. Often it helps just to have someone to talk to. We want you to know that you are not alone during this time. Mrs. Marquette and Ms. Shannon are checking their emails regularly so please feel free to contact them and they will respond when they are able. They can schedule google hangouts, zoom app meetings or possible phone calls for support. Mrs. Marquette, School Counselor, can be reached at : [email protected] . Ms. Shannon, Student Services Coordinator, can be reached at: [email protected] .
There are also other options for support-
California has a peer run warm line- phone and web based chat options. They have a policy that you can access it every 4 hours if needed. It does not have to be an emergency to talk to someone. Phone number is : 1-855-845-7415 and webchat can be found at www.mentalhealthsf.org .
If it is emergency you can always contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline by calling 1-800-273-8255 or texting HOME to 741741.
Please feel free to reach out. We care about you all and want to support you as best we can through this time.
